  • 1.5 oz Zephyr Gin
  • .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Honey Syrup
  • Kumquat or Lemon Peel
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with half a kumquat or a lemon peel.

  • 1 oz Blanc Vermouth
  • .25 oz Benedictine
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • Orange Peel
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange peel.

  • 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Bitters
  • Lemon Peel
Mix gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
Mix all ingredients except club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with a splash of club soda. Spank a mint sprig against your hand to release the oils and garnish.
